Supporting healthy families with nutrition and care
Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
Nutrition support, education, and resources for pregnant individuals, new parents, and young children.
The WIC Program supports the health of women, infants, and young children by providing access to nutritious foods, education, and personalized support. WIC is available for those who are pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or have children under the age of five who meet eligibility guidelines.

Participants receive benefits for healthy foods, along with nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to additional health and community services. Our team works one-on-one with families to provide guidance that fits their needs and goals. Whether you’re preparing for a new baby or supporting a growing child, WIC is here to help you build a strong, healthy foundation for your family.
