LBPHD offers a variety of services through our Satellite Clinics, bringing public health services closer to communities throughout our district.

Services Available:

  • Immunizations

  • WIC

  • Lactation & Feeding Support

  • Limited Dental Services (available periodically)

Clinic Hours:

  • 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Clinic Locations:
Satellite Clinics are held throughout our service area, with regular clinics in Broken Bow, Loup City, Ord, and St. Paul.

Insurance:
LBPHD accepts most major health insurance plans. Services are also available for individuals and families who are uninsured or underinsured.

WIC services are available at our main office, located at:

Office Hours:

  • Tuesdays: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

  • Fridays: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

WIC services are also available during scheduled Satellite Clinics throughout our service area. Please refer to the calendar below for upcoming clinic dates, times, and locations.

Dental services are available at our main office, located at:

Office Hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Appointments with our Public Health Hygienist are available daily. Services provided by our Dental Hygienist are offered by appointment based on her clinic schedule. Please call ahead to schedule or inquire about availability.

Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome as nursing staff are available.

Travel Vaccines:
Please call ahead to ensure your travel vaccine is in stock and to discuss the vaccines recommended for your destination.

Healthy Families Loup Basin is a free, voluntary home visiting program that supports families from pregnancy through early childhood.

Services include:

  • Regular home visits with trained family support staff

  • Parenting education and developmental guidance

  • Health, safety, and early childhood support

  • Connection to community resources as needed

Our goal is to help families build strong, healthy foundations through encouragement, education, and support tailored to each family’s needs. Services are voluntary and designed to meet families where they are.

The Community Action Team brings together community members, partners, and organizations to identify local needs and work together to improve the health and well-being of our communities.

Who Can Attend?
Community members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Your ideas, experiences, and feedback help guide local public health initiatives.

CHA/CHIP meetings bring together community partners and residents to review local health data, discuss community priorities, and develop strategies to improve health across our district.
