Healthy Families

Children do not come with an instruction manual, it's okay to ask for help.

Healthy Families Loup Basin is here to help parents bring out the best in themselves by tapping into skills they already possess.

What is Healthy Families?

The Healthy Families Home Visitation Program is a voluntary, home-based service that connects parents with trained, supportive professionals who provide guidance, education, and resources in the comfort of their own homes. This program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family, focusing on the early years of a child's life, from pregnancy through the first few years of childhood.

Our home visitors-who are highly trained in child development, family dynamics, and community resources—work closely with parents to help them navigate the challenges of parenting while promoting a safe, nurturing, and healthy environment for their children.

Loup Basin Healthy Families realizes raising children is rewarding but can also pose challenges. We help strengthen families by giving parents the tools and resources to create healthy, nurturing environments for their children.
